“The Masters”® removes oils, acrylics, watercolors, stains, and varnishes, and prevents paint from accumulating in the brush ferrule. It also prevents hardening and buildup in the hairs from (acrylic) paint. “The Masters”® is perfectly suited for the highest quality (marten hair) brushes but also cares for synthetic brushes. Use “The Masters”® after each session to keep your brushes like new.

How to use “The Masters”® Brush Cleaner

For cleaning

1. Wipe your brush to remove excess paint.

2. Wet your brush and “The Masters”® with water.

3. Swirl your brush in “The Masters”® and lather it well.

4. Rinse with clean water.

5. Repeat if necessary until your brush is clean (the foam will be white).

For protecting

1. Clean your brush as described above

2. Leave the clean foam in the hairs, shape the hairs, and let it dry.

3. Shake the powder from the brush hairs when you want to use it again.

For restoring

1. Clean your brush as described above, but use hot water.

2. Leave the foam on the brush hairs for a few minutes.

3. If necessary, tap the brush hairs on a hard surface to remove the paint.

4. To remove the paint from the ferrule, leave the foam on the brush hairs for a few hours and repeat the cleaning process.

5. Leave the clean foam in the hairs, shape the hairs, and let it dry.
